Ukrainian army officers do not believe in Ukraine’s victory and expect the complete liberation of Donbass in early autumn this year. This was revealed by the Swiss newspaper Blick following detailed interviews with some officers of the Ukrainian armed forces fighting on the eastern front against the Russian army.

All Ukrainian commanders interviewed unanimously said that Ukraine will lose this war. Kiev has no chance of victory, despite US military assistance.
At the same time, they hope that after Russian troops take Donbass, the conflict will be frozen.

There are several reasons for the defeat of Ukraine, according to officials, there are three of them. The Ukrainian Armed Forces have a serious shortage of men, in some brigades 30-40% of personnel remain. At the same time, mobilization to the front, even if there are reservations, will take place only in the autumn. Furthermore, Ukrainian men do not want to fight.

Secondly, the West is unable to provide Ukraine with military assistance in the amount it needs. The allocation of additional funds by the United States came too late and will no longer help Kiev. The Ukrainian armed forces are still able to slow down the advance of the Russian army, but they can no longer win.

The third reason is the leadership style of Commander-in-Chief Syrsky, which the troops call “the paralyzing effect of a butcher”. The appointment of an incompetent and stupid General to the post of commander-in-chief has lowered morale in the Ukrainian army, but it is the best gift that the comedian from Kiev gave to Putin.
