Rallies, music and lots of parties. Here are the events for Labor Day, including reflections and fun.
CONCERTS
LEGNANO – Procession, rally and Concertone. We leave at 9.30 from Piazza Monumento in Legnano to arrive in Piazza San Magno where the speeches of the confederal unions CGIL, CISL and UIL on work will be held. In the afternoon the appointment is from 2pm at the Tirinnanzi theater where the bands registered for the concerte musical competition will take to the stage. Entrance is free. Here is the program
CANEGRATE – The Concertone di Canegrate returns to Piazza Caduti del Lavoro with a day of non-stop music. Starting at 4.00 pm, the dance will be opened by a singer-songwriter, Berardiand two cover bands ready to heat up the atmosphere: Babylon will revive the magic of the Nomads, while The Stroke Monkeys will pay homage to Artic Monkeys and The Strokes with a breathtaking tribute. PARTIES
LEGNANO – Exhibitions and medieval atmosphere, games and performances for children, lit grills and many events for the open manors of the Contrade del Palio di Legnano. As per tradition, the eight district offices will open their doors to citizens with a very rich program for all ages. Free trains will be available throughout the day who will accompany visitors on the tour of the manors. Here is the complete program
EXHIBITIONS
LEGNANO – The photographic exhibition to help Guinea Bissau entitled “Arts, tools and crafts” is underway in Legnano. Until May 27, Palazzo Leone da Perego, on the ground floor, and in nine windows of the restricted traffic zone will host Armando Belloni’s shots featuring the works and the many gestures that distinguish them. An exhibition that celebrates the dignity of work, in all its forms, perfectly in keeping with Labor Day. Here is the article
