ANCONA – Another prevention measure issued by the Head of Police Commissioner against an Italian man 57 years old with numerous criminal records for crimes against property, the person and violation of the Consolidated Law on narcotics.
The last episode featuring the man was the referral for disorderly drunkenness ex art. 688 cp – by the Carabinieri Company of Ancona – near via Marconi, not far from some schools and in an area also used for fairs and markets. The man was not new to these attitudes and indeed, he often showed a violent nature and was prone to committing crimes, especially in situations of psycho-physical alteration due to the abuse of alcoholic substances. In consideration of yours social danger and the numerous criminal records against him Police Commissioner of Ancona signed the Dacur prevention measure against him.
With the measure issued the man was banned, for a period of one year, from access not only in via Marconi but also throughout the perimeter that delimits the area. The man will only be able to pass through those areas for proven work or health needs and has been warned that failure to comply with the ban is punishable by imprisonment for six months to a year.
