By decree of the President of the Republic, on Wednesday 1st May, in Ancona, 7 citizens (5 men and 2 women) of the province of Ascoli Piceno. The honour, established with the Royal Decree of 30 December 1923 and of which the 100th anniversary of its establishment was celebrated last year, affects, annually, 1000 workers (or former workers) employed in the private sector throughout the national territory, on an audience of over 18 million employees, of which for the current year 2024, 29 are from the Marche Region and 7 from the province of Ascoli Piceno, who will be awarded the prestigious recognition by the Prefect of Ancona Saverio Ordine, on behalf of President Mattarella, for having particularly distinguished themselves throughout their career for expertise, industriousness, good moral conduct and for having contributed to innovating, improving company processes, safety measures and for having done their utmost to educate and prepare the new generations for professional activity. The ceremony, as for other previous similar occasions, will take place at the Auditorium of the Mole Vanvitelliana, in the presence of the highest regional authorities and the new honorees will be accompanied for the occasion by their family members, the representatives of their companies, as well as the mayors of the municipalities of residence.
The new 7 Masters of the Province of Ascoli Piceno are: Alessandro Avigliano from Ascoli Piceno, manager for 37 years at Magazzini Gabrielli spa; Giulio Baldassarri from Colli del Tronto, an official at Conad Adriatico for 40 years; Enrico Calcinaro from Ascoli Piceno, retired and already a manager at CIIP spa for 27 years; Mario Schiavi di Castorano, official at Nielsen Services Italy srl; Sandro Troiani from Monteprandone, worker for 39 years at Mecaer Aviation Group spa; Eliana Vagnoni from Colli del Tronto, retired and already employed for 40 years at Avery Dennison RIS Italia srl; Paola Vappelloni of Ripatransone, official of the Cooperative Credit Bank of Ripatransone and Fermano for 28 years.
Satisfaction was expressed by the Consul of the Masters of Labor Giorgio Fiori who, also on behalf of the entire board of directors of the Piceno-Fermino Consulate, personally congratulated the newly awarded and will be present at the ceremony in Ancona, with the secretary Alfredo De Marco , to also convey greetings to all 29 recipients of the Region, in his capacity as Consul of the Marche.
