The season of Group A of the Under17 Provincial Students ends in style: let’s relive what happened on the 26th and final day of the championship which took place on the morning of Sunday 28 April.

Amor Sportiva – Azzurra Mozzate 0-1
The last three points up for grabs of the season were brought home by Azzurra Mozzate who achieved success on the Amor Sportiva pitch by winning 1-0 in a match that was tight until the final whistle. The decision was made by a free kick from the guests in the second half, on whose rebound Di Fiore pounced and found the goal. Thanks to this narrow victory, the green and whites finished the championship in fourth place with 50 points, while the home team finished in sixth place with 33 points.

Arnate – Gorla Minore 0-0
On the last day Arnate hosts Gorla Minore, already champion of the tournament. Nonetheless, both teams give everything they have and the result is a tighter match than expected: in the second half the Lattuga boys try to end the season with the icing on the cake but Arnate manages to defend themselves in order until the end. Thus the championship of the two teams ends goalless with Gorla now looking forward to the final for the provincial title against Besnatese.
