TRIESTE – The Preliminary Hearing Judge Luigi Dainotti of the Court of Trieste declared there was no place to proceed in favor of the entrepreneur Bruno Dugan, director of Calcestruzzi Trieste srl and, at the same time, ordered the release of the Romans d’Isonzo (GO) plant, which employs around 25 workers. Bruno Dugan was assisted by the lawyer Giovanni Borgna of the Trieste Bar.

The Romans plant of Concretes Triestea company active in the sector of extraction and treatment of aggregates, was seized in 2020 by the carabinieri of the Ecological Operations Unit of Udine, with ASUGI personnel and the Carabinieri Section of the Gorizia Prosecutor’s Office, following an alleged violation of environmental and workplace accident prevention regulations. After the decision of April 10, 2024, the company will be able to regularly resume its activity in the plant.
