Brawl between twenty kids in Largo Galli

CIVITAVECCHIA – The good night of a large number of young people from Civitavecchia could have ended in tragedy, as at 3am they faced each other with punches and kicks.

Everything happened in Largo Galli between Sunday and Monday: the fuse was lit as always for trivial reasons and words turned to violence. The details of what happened are still to be defined, the only certain thing is that upon their arrival on site the Carabinieri found themselves faced with an apocalyptic scene: over twenty boys, many of them minors, were savagely beating each other. The sight of the uniforms triggered a general stampede, with two young people (one adult and one minor) left bleeding on the ground.

Both were transported by ambulance to the emergency room of the San Paolo hospital in Civitavecchia, one of them suffered a fracture of the nasal septum. The military personnel are investigating the incident, making use of the help of video surveillance cameras which this time recorded everything.

A complicated job, which is added to the one already underway due to a dispute that broke out at De Santis during the Santa Fermina celebrations. Four people, including some minors, clashed violently and during the argument a knife also appeared. To allow the Carabinieri radios to quickly reach the place, the procession of the Patron Saint was interrupted near Corso Marconi.
