Sassari, Casa Divina Provvidenza: Aspal will decide on the workers

It will be Aspal to intervene on collective dismissal of the workers from the House of Divine Providence in Sassari.

Yesterday, in the meeting between the bankruptcy trustee and the unions, it was rejected the agreement on the last day to resolve the issue. That sees 17 employees of the facility waiting to know their future after the bankruptcy of the institute ordered by the court in December, the appointment of a curator and the progressive exit of the guests. They went from over 40 five months ago to the current six, with more than thirty people transferred to similar hospices or to their relatives’ homes.

In the meantime workers are waiting to hear answers about the future while they have not received salaries for two monthsand to the absence of which must be added important arrears.

Now is Aspal has to untangle the mess with a decision that seems inevitablesuch as that of the collective dismissal of workers. Unless the 4 million euros are released from the Region allocated by the institution at the time and ended up on ice after the judge’s decision.

The CSA union is asking for it, in the hope of not having to roll the credits on the structure founded by Father Manzella.
