Foreign minors: after protests by residents in Pergine, transferred to containers in Trento – News

TRENT. Valsugana asked for a quick solution, given the public order problems reported due to the community of unaccompanied minors in San Vito di Pergine. The Province, which had promised a solution to the anxieties of the people of Valsugano, has found it in record time: everyone in Trento. Again.

The boys return to the capital hosted in containers of the cold emergency. They come back (in the photo the arrival, yesterday afternoon) but it is not clear whether with a project different from the one that evidently didn’t work in Pergine, whether by guaranteeing more services, or by ensuring surveillance by the police.

Not even Thun Palace knows, which had no major communications yesterday. And which he clarifies: «If they are simply moved it is obvious that the problems will be repeated. But let the chain of responsibility be clear” Mayor Franco Ianeselli thundered yesterday.

The minibus arrived and stopped at the Bonomelli opera house around 4pm. The boys got off and, on foot, alone, without control by the police, went to their final destination: the containers that have already hosted the homeless during the cold emergency. The Province says in a note that “a specific reception plan is foreseen for them” but it is not clear which one. Frankly, the impression is that it isn’t there.

There are 12 in total. In Pergine it seems they exasperated things: «A difficult situation had arisen between some boys, basically two who, however, also incited the others and the community. So after a series of meetings with the commissioner and government commissioner, this solution was found” he explains the mayor of Pergine Roberto Oss Emer, who doesn’t want to be seen as someone who blames problems on others, but points out that there must be some balance: «There are a total of 80 unaccompanied minors in Trentino, and we had 30 of them. It seems a bit much to me.”

Almost all the others are in Trento. Since yesterday, 12 more.
