The mayor of Pergine does not intend, at least for the moment, deactivate the veloxes in Valsugana. “There is some appeal but the systems remain in operation until we are told to proceed differently. The issue concerns road safety: too many people run on the state road.” And for now the bar is also kept straight in Trento. “There are some reflections – says Alberto Adami, commander of the local police of the capital – but we are waiting for the ministerial device”.
There are many uncertainties following the recent ruling of the Court of Cassation the appeal of the Municipality of Treviso against a motorist fined for speeding was rejected.
