The temporary storage area of the excavation material was freed and used as it appears.
I repeat it for this construction site too: when there are no workers or vehicles moving, it does not necessarily mean that the construction site is at a standstill.
I know that many of you are scared by what practically always happened in the past: for every public work, a block or so. Sometimes years
But, at least for now and with fingers crossed, the construction sites we have started are progressing, many times having to pay for the obligatory steps of variations, price revisions, underground services and everything that is part of a public work.
