«The news, which had been in the air for a few days, of the appointment of our administrative director Alberto Carelli as general director of Ast of Pesaro, is certainly a deserved award for him with the recognition of the experience and professionalism gained in many years of service in public health but at the same time the renunciation or rather the deprivation of a solid reference which has become such in these months of collaboration with the Fermo health company”. «It cannot be said that regional politics has understood the cry for help launched in the open City Council of Fermo and even before that by the Conference of Mayors. Let’s hope it wasn’t an “opposite reaction” to how the Council developed because if that were the case, it would be like playing with fire. Instead, we want to think that it was an underestimation of the impact of this choice on the Fermo area. Beyond the many and too many chatter in which our territory often drowns by talking to each other, it is worth highlighting the substantial weakness of our political representation in the places that matter. If the parties were reversed (Pesaro with Fermo) there would not have been the same result. This suggests and reinforces the presumption that the citizens of the Marche region do not all count in the same way or that there is a worrying short-sightedness on the overall stability – and not of someone compared to someone else – of the regional healthcare system. Now we start again or continue… everyone is free to think as they want but this time too we have, like Fermo, citizens, professionals, operators, lost yet another battle and not because the current administrative director of Ast Fermo is irreplaceable or indispensable (certainly there will be equally trained professionals involved who can replace him) but for yet another message that is sent by politics to an area in great difficulty like the Fermo area. All that remains is to thank Doctor Carelli on behalf of the CISL FP, wishing him every possible professional satisfaction in Pesaro, thanking him for the frank but always transparent, albeit sometimes rude, methods of relationship with which in collaboration with Doctor Grinta (general director of Ast Fermo , ed.) has managed the union table in recent months. We are certain that the general director will be able to identify equally professional as the administrative director, who will be able to maintain relations with the RSUE and the trade union organizations in a profitable way for the good of all the professionals and operators of the Fermo healthcare company”.
