The first match of the playoffs with theAvellino in the field is set for Tuesday 21 May – date of the second round of the national phase – after the update of the calendar “to allow the correct waiting for the judgment on the appeal of a club pending before the Coni Guarantee Board”, as highlighted by the Lega Pro. The promotion play-offs are postponed, but with a shorter timescale than the rumors: a three day delay on the program which will however end as imagined in March, i.e. Sunday 9 June, which remains the day of the return match of the final due to a shorter interval between the last matches.
Tomorrow the restart at the “Partenio-Lombardi”
Michele Pazienza had presented the scenario in the green and white home with a roadmap already planned and which, in fact, will be altered minimally by virtue of a modification to the playoff calendar which is slight. Avellino will have to define a calendar between training sessions and friendly matches to return to the field in an official match in 21 days after the first and second round matches of the group stage and the first round of the national stage. The Wolves’ preparation will start again tomorrow afternoon.
