COSENZA – The Si Cobas Calabria union asks “how it is still possible that DCA 81 is not applied to hire Oss staff from the Cosenza hospital ranking and thus lead to exhaustion and give work to hundreds of people”.
“The stabilization data has arrived and the requirement plans too, we have heard from AO Cosenza several times an immediate solution must be found to apply DCA 81 e proceed with permanent hiring from this ranking”
“Last April 23 – write the union representatives, Roberto Laudini and Simone Scandale – we have a month manifested for two fixed-term rankings by Aou Renato Dulbecco but we were not received. We await answers regarding the main dispute, i.e. permanent OSS hiring, and we ask for answers on the fixed-term rankings for which we have already denounced for some time the havoc created since they were established”.
“The DCA 81 – a very important document that promotes 262 hires and establishes that the ranking of AO Cosenza must be completely exhausted and therefore it must be applied to bring those eligible in the ranking to be hired on a permanent basis and bring relief to the hospital wards. For all other reported situations, we wait to be called and discuss all the issues that we have brought to your attention.”
“The rubber wall of Calabrian public health – write Laudini and Scandale – has been pierced and from this hole we glimpse a bit of light but it is too small and we realize more and more that public health is the altar of the strong powers that in our region they have been dictating their law for too many years. Healthcare must return to the citizen and must not be an instrument that already favors those who have power.”
