The resolution that will be approved today by the Apulian council is, in some ways, the political farewell of Rocco Palesethe councilor for Health that the governor Michele Emiliano he resigned on Tuesday with a Whatsapp message to unblock his “reshuffle”: two new external members (Matrangola, Triggiani) and a PD councilor (Ciliento) joined the council, giving rise to endless controversies.
But Palese does not intend to join the chorus. When he was asked – he says – he immediately submitted his resignation. And despite the certainty that the (political) game is not over, the now former councilor has nothing to complain about or contest.
And so he leaves on the table, for future reference, not only and not so much the resolution for the financial coverage prepared by the offices last week (it will be presented with the signature of Emiliano and the head of department Vito Montanaro), but above all a series of measures prepared in almost two years of activity.
