The renewal of positions for the three-year period 2024-27

MESSINA – A new three-year period for Catholic Action of Messina. The positions of the structure and the constitutionalist have been renewed Alberto Randazzo was confirmed president. Stefano Protomartire”, Milazzo), Emanuela Parisi (parish “S. Elena”, Messina); for the Presidents list: Carla Buda (parish “S. Maria Raccomandata”, Giardini Naxos), Gianmarco Dentici (parish “S. Maria della Lettera” Galati marina, Messina), Alberto Randazzo (parish “S. Elena”, Messina), Umberto Busà (parish “S. Elena”, Messina); for the Adult Sector: Sergio Visconti (parish “S. Maria Raccomandata”, Giardini Naxos), Alessandro Parisi (parish “S. Elena”, Messina), Daniela Meli (parish “S. Elena”, Messina), Franca Calapai (parish “S. Giovanni Battista”, Castanea), Barbara Orecchio (parish “S. Elena”, Messina).

On March 11, the new diocesan council, convened by the outgoing president, met to proceed with the election of the three names to be presented to the bishop for the election of the diocesan president. Taking into account the result of the elections, the archbishop, Monsignor Giovanni Accolla, appointed Alberto Randazzo diocesan president for the three-year period 2024-2027.

On 5 April, the diocesan council elected the diocesan vice presidents: for the youth sector, Mariangela Licosi and Alessandro Aspa; for the adult sector, Carla Buda and Sergio Visconti. In the context of the same Council meeting, on the president’s proposal, the councilors elected Caterina Donato diocesan secretary.

On 15 April, the diocesan council, accepting the president’s proposal, elected Filippo Catalfamo diocesan administrator.
