At the “Volpe” the Granata Primavera recovered a double disadvantage and drew against Perugia. In the 11th minute Barberini shoots well from the edge of the area but Salvati is attentive and blocks the ball by diving to his left. In the 15th minute there was a great opportunity with Boncori who took a free kick from a tight angle, the shot was dangerous but the visitors’ goalkeeper deflected it into a corner. In the 20th minute Caprari scored the opening goal for Perugia with a beautiful overhead kick in the heart of the penalty area. In the 36th minute Lomangino scored the second goal by making the most of a cross from his teammate from the left. In the 42nd minute Boncori moves and shoots with his right foot and manages to close the distance. The first half of the game ends 1 – 2. In the 2nd minute of the second half Salernitana equalises with Boncori scoring his personal brace. In the 46th minute Boncori again comes close to scoring the lead but Ambrogi is providential with a save off the line. After 4′ of added time the referee blew his whistle three times, the match ended 2 – 2.
