In the Taste Atlas ranking “100 Best Dishes in the World”, that is, of the hundred best dishes in the world, Brazil comes first with picanha, second comes roti-canai, a typical Malaysian focaccia, then Thailand’s phat kaphrao, stir-frying with sautéed garlic, pork, chicken or beef and in fourth place the Neapolitan Pizza. The “most iconic” pizzeria is Starita in Materdei, followed by I Masanielli by Francesco Martucci (Caserta), and by Antica Pizzeria da Michele in Forcella.
