Meeting between FIALS Taranto, represented by the Secretary Franco Brunetti and the company representatives Leonardo Tursi and Nicola Scelsi and the Management of the Cittadella della Carità Foundation on the state of crisis and the future of the structure
Taranto – To date, everything is still to be defined – he states Franco Brunetti of FIALS – la Cittadella della Carità Foundation is still waiting to receive the accreditation transfers from the Region to allow Soave Sanità, i.e. the new investor which includes Neuromed in its corporate structure, to start investing in the structure.
Soave Sanità has communicated that, following the outcome of the accreditations, it will also be ready to invest in cutting-edge equipment, such as the PEC CT scan for the management of oncological pathologies – states Brunetti.
We have received certainty that the ownership of the real estate structure and the RSA will remain in the hands of the Cittadella della Carità Foundation – highlights Franco Brunetti – and above all that the Board of Directors is working towards the payment of March salaries and for the presentation of the composition with creditors which will not will take place before May 7th.
As FIALS Taranto we will ask that the regional table at SEPAC also be extended to Soave Sanità in order to manage the Cittadella della Carità dispute with all the main players – concludes Brunetti.
We will remain vigilant and monitor the course of events, having received reassurance that for now the social safety nets will not be activated.
