All eyes still on the train timetables for people traveling between Udine and Pordenone: The Italian railway network has announced a series of interventions on the Venice-Udine railway line. Ordinary maintenance work which will particularly concern the stations of Udine and Pordenone from 27 April to 8 June 2024. RFI has communicated that some regional trains may be canceled or replaced with buses. The works, we read in the note, will continue until 8 December 2024.
Changes
There will be two trains that will be affected variations. On 27, 28 April, 4, 5, 11, 12, 18, 19 May, 1, 2, 8 June 2024, the Regionale Veloce 3866 will be canceled from Pordenone to Udine and replaced with a bus departing from Pordenone at 00: 29. The vehicle will stop in Casarsa (arrival at 00.52 and departure at 00.53), Codroipo (arrival at 01.07 and departure at 01.08) until the terminus, i.e. Udine around 01.38.
Same fate for the Regionale Veloce train 3865 departing from Udine. On 28 April, 5, 12, 19 May, 2 June 2024, travelers will have to take the bus with the following times: Udine (p. 05:05) – Codroipo (p. 05:35 p.05:36) – Casarsa (a. 05.51 p. 05.52) – Pordenone (a. 06.21). The transport of bicycles and large animals is not permitted on the vehicles, with the exception of assistance dogs.
