ALESSANDRIA – This year, the news that the StrAlessandria there are quite a few, starting with the organizers. In addition to Ics Ets and the Municipality of Alessandria, the Association Verso il Kurdistan Odv and Yggdra Aps also join the team.
In addition, StrAlessandria enriches its offer with a double date: we run Sunday 12 May in the morning with meeting at 9.30, departure (at 10), arrival and awards ceremony (around 11), at Parco Carrà in via Luciano Scassi but the solidarity race will start the day before, Saturday 11 May with a large one day of celebration from 10am to 2am.
Where? Always at Carrà Park, which has been divided into four macro areas for the occasion. It will be a great party enriched by sports contests, moments of cultural debate, performances by artists, bands, DJs and the concert-show by the students of the Umberto Eco Music and Dance High School, who will give life to musical and dance moments enhanced by the orchestra.
Among other things, thanks to the entry of the Association Verso il Kurdistan Odv, the logo for the 2024 edition of StrAlessandria was created by Zero limestone (Michele Ranch). The famous cartoonist was a guest in Alessandria in September to present his works and raise awareness in relation to the resistance of the Kurdish people, a topic very dear to him.
StrAlessandria with solidarity in first place
StrAlessandria means first of all solidarity. As is customary, in fact, with the registration (10 euros, including t-shirt) you will support various projects.
Two of international cooperation – the reconstruction of the student house overall Al Houzin the Marrakech region in Morocco damaged by the recent earthquake and the construction of a hospital in Borek, northern Iraq and one of urban regenerationwhich will involve Alessandria with the collaboration of the historic partner Egato 6.
