first comparison between the 4 mayoral candidates

The first official match ends in a draw: no skirmishes, rather unity of intent, but with different visions on how to make the city grow. The first confrontation between the mayoral candidates for the municipal elections in Cagliari takes place at the Alberti scientific high school: Emanuela Corda (Alternativa), Giuseppe Farris (Civica2024), Alessandra Zedda (centre-right) and Massimo Zedda (centre-left) were invited this morning by the “A headquarters for the Liceo Alberti” Committee. The occasion was to discuss school policies and in particular the future of the institute, still without a headquarters, but inevitably, the (indirect) comparison develops around themes of the city: transport, the development of the seaside city, roads.

Candidates are asked to discuss the request, made by the Committee made up of a group of teachers, parents and students of the institute, to soon have a definitive headquarters for Alberti in the center of Cagliari, at most near Piazza Matteotti, to allow the school to guarantee its historical function and to continue to be a reference for the students of some areas of the city and neighboring municipalities.

Liceo Alberti obtained a final contract extension last November for the use of the headquarters in Viale Colombo under concession, but only until 2027.
