The Local Police of Caserta directed by Commander Colonel Antonio Piricelli has sanctioned a funeral agency by charging the owner with a fine of Euro 15,000.00.
The business located in the center of the city of Caserta, was characterized by the table for the exercise of funeral activities and the related reference numbers for calls, but did not have the qualification to practice.
In fact, it used the offices as a branch of the main office located in another municipality in the Province of Caserta.
The Local Police, after the usual checks and after having contested and notified the sanction to the owner, sent the documents to the SUAP of the Municipality of Caserta for what concerns them.
Fine for the hearse without insurance and not inspected
The police stopped a hearse in the Potentino area which had been traveling “without insurance or inspection for months”: a fine was imposed.

The pusher was placed under house arrest while the buyer with the hearse was required to report to the judicial police.
