The State Police of Modena arrested a 17-year-old young man for the crime of attempted robbery.
On April 24th, around 5.30 am, following a report to the single emergency number 112, the Flying Squad intervened at a bar in the San Faustino area, where the 17-year-old had been caught while rummaging inside the place.
The young man, in order to escape, got into a fight with the owner, who managed to keep him inside the bar until the officers arrived, who definitively blocked him.
The suspect, who was found in possession of the cash fund equal to 10 euros and of goods just stolen from the bar, had entered the room by breaking the glass of the entrance door with a metal pipe.
At the end of the formalities, in agreement with the Bologna Juvenile Prosecutor’s Office, the 17-year-old was associated with the CPA of Bologna.
At the end of the hearing, the Judge for Preliminary Investigations validated the arrest and applied the precautionary measure of staying at home to the suspect.
