The athletes of the Tarantini fight club highlighted at the Alghero Kombat. The Sassari “warriors” bring home excellent results. New competitive commitments are ready for them next Sunday in Milan and then in May in Sassari
For Fight Club Tarantini the Alghero Kombat, the recent event
of kickboxing and Muay Thai which took place at the Mariotti gym in
Alghero, under the aegis of Federkombat, was once again one
confirmation, especially among young talent.
About 50 boys and girls took turns in the ring and on the tatami
they arrived in the Catalan city with the technicians Paride Scanu, Vincenzo
Casu and Angelo Tarantini.
For many “warriors” of the _Demo_ category (6/7 years), _Experimental_
(8/9 years) and _Youth Cadet_ (10/12 years) was the first experience in
a Muay Thai competition, but everyone stood their ground against
valid opponents, also conquering the podium.
Among the athletes, the most experienced cadets Chantal Pattarino stand out,
Alice Campus, Arianna Grussu, Thomas Spanu who excelled in the
their races.
In the Old Cadet category (13/15 years) Luca Manchia, vice champion
Italian, confirmed himself as one of the strongest to beat, winning everyone
and three rounds.
In the Junior, Senior and Master categories excellent performances by Marco Casula and
Matteo Manai with a good second place and for Andrea Noce and Alessandro
Casu who reached the top step.
Beatrice Cau, after her victory at the Italian Championships in Rome in February
in the Old Cadet -55 kg category, she returned to the ring but in
Junior category, winning his first match in the upper division and
demonstrating good technique and fitness.
The next match, Sunday 28 April in Milan, will see players involved
Melissa Melis, Beatrice Cau and Alessandro Casu accompanied by the technician
federal Vincenzo Casu.
For the athletes of the Tarantini Fight club, meanwhile, the deadline is also approaching
