«The conditions for H23 bankruptcy closure have been verified»

Good news for Maurice Seven and for theHellas Verona who witnessed the revocation of preventive seizure of the company’s participation. There Prosecutor’s Office of Bologna decided to retrace his steps after having verified the conditions for closing the bankruptcy H23. This was made known by the Gialloblù club itself which wrote in an official statement: «On 26 April the Bologna Prosecutor’s Office ordered the revocation of the preventive seizure of the entire shareholding of the Hellas Verona Fc Spa company and the consequent return of the shareholding to the person entitled Star Ball Spa by Maurizio Setti. The revocation of the preventive seizure is consequent to the fulfillment of the conditions for the closure of the H23 bankruptcy, following the agreements concluded between the companies of Maurizio Setti and the companies Delta, Lonestar and Santa Benessere attributable to the entrepreneur Gabriele Volpi”.
