SALGAREDA – Vito Messina is running for mayor of Salgareda, the municipality where he led the council. “Salgareda Participate – for all that you are”: this is the name of the new civic list that will take the field for the next local elections in Salgareda, with candidate for mayor Vito Messina, already first citizen in the decade 2004-2014. A team made up of the enthusiasm of young people and the experience of those who have already administered the country in the past.
“Salgareda Participate” it was born from a large group of citizens and from friendly discussions on the future of the country, but above all it was born from the desire to make citizens’ participation in the administration’s choices effective. “Salgareda Partecipa” in fact has a double meaning: it is the Municipality that participates in the life of its citizens, making the town open and hospitable; it is the citizens who participate in the life of the Municipality, with their proposals, their ideas, their needs.
The area on which the civic list wants to focus is social. Although it may seem reductive, the social aspect embraces all the daily realities of the country, from education to sport, from the health of the person to that of the environment up to initiatives of a more concrete nature: in fact there cannot be an urban or architectural project that does not also involve a reflection regarding the well-being of the person and the protection of greenery.
