The Carabinieri of the Operational and Radiomobile Unit of the Livorno Company have reported a 50-year-old woman from Livorno, already known to the police as she is seriously suspected of aggravated theft, in a state of freedom.
On 20 April the military intervened at a commercial business located in via Galilei where a burglary had occurred: unknown persons, after breaking the glass of a snack and drink vending machine, had taken away goods with an estimated value of around 200 euros.
The Carabinieri, after having carried out an inspection, started the investigations and thanks to the knowledge of the territory and of the subjects of operational interest supported by the frames of the video surveillance systems, they managed to trace the identity of the alleged perpetrator, a 50-year-old already known for similar crimes.
The woman was therefore reported in a state of freedom to the Public Prosecutor’s Office of Livorno for aggravated theft.
The checks carried out on some construction companies by the NIL – Carabinieri Labor Inspectorate Unit of Livorno, in collaboration with colleagues from the territorial force, led the military to sanction a 40-year-old sole administrator of a construction company based in the Caserta area but operating in San Vincenzoheld responsible for having violated sector regulations, with the suspension of activities until the critical issues are remedied. In particular, upon accessing the construction site, the police found the presence of two workers in black out of the six present at the time of the check.
The carabinieri then proceeded to report the woman in a state of freedom, already burdened by other precedents, raising a maxi fine of 10,300 eurosas well as informing the competent authorities.
