A 2024 events calendar that has just been printed and already needs updating, because upon presenting it we immediately realized that we had left out at least a couple of them: ‘Generazione Futuro’ (21-23 June) and ‘Fano Love Party’ (19-20 July). And so now the Fano associations that were possibly excluded in the first print run will have until Monday to report the events to be included in the guide presented yesterday by the Tourism Department of the Municipality of Fano, which will be reprinted on Tuesday. “We had printed just a few copies for this very reason” was said by the director of the Tourism Service, Ignazio Pucci, presenting “a calendar which is a tool for overall vision, which confirms the key events of the Fano summer” and which at its The paper version complements a daily updated digital tool, created last year for tourists, but also for the benefit of citizens, who want to be updated on the day’s events in the city.

Alongside the appointments, the advertising of the Fano Visit Card, the card offered free of charge to tourists by Fano accommodation facilities which allows them to discover the beauties of Fano by offering them the opportunity to benefit from the benefits proposed by the Municipality: reduced rates on transport, free entry to museums and discounts on merchandising and entry tickets to events. “The novelty this year – added Pucci – is that even visitors who do not stay in the city, as well as citizens themselves, will be able to purchase the Fano Visit Card on the dedicated portal and enjoy the discounts. Simply download the Visit Fano App from official stores and enter the menu on the left”.

The events calendar will be distributed in all accommodation facilities and in public places and IAT points, including the brand new one in Piazza XX Settembre, next to which there is one of the city’s digital totems on which promotional images of the city constantly appear and which once touched it allows you to interact and “navigate” around Fano, leafing through the program as in the 24-page paper brochure, which contains space for around a hundred events from April to December. The main events are colored yellow. It starts on May 5th with the Collemar-Athon followed by the Giro d’Italia (11,12 and 16), Una città da Giocare (26) and the new musical event Sopravento (24-26) to arrive in June with the Brodetto Fest (30 May-2 June), Calciomercato L’Originale (3-7) and the 15th edition of Centrale Fotografia (7-9) with Boomerang Rewind (20-23) and Passaggi Festival (26-30).
