Seven points under discussion including the change to the 2024 – 2026 financial forecast budget

Camerano26 April 2024 – The President of the City Council, Marco Principiconvened the municipal council in ordinary session for Tuesday 30 April 2024 at 6.00 pm in the Council Room, for the discussion of the following

Agenda

1. Council Hall of the Municipality of Camerano

   Communications;

2. Approval of minutes of previous session;
3. Amendments to the Municipal Regulations of Cemetery Services;
4. Integration of Municipal Regulations for the Bursar Service;
5. Examination and approval of the management report for the 2023 financial service pursuant to Legislative Decree. 118/2011 and subsequent amendments;
6. Corresponding waste tariff (art. 1, paragraph 668, law no. 147/2013) – Pef 2024 – 2025 – Approval of tariff plan, determination of installments and payment deadlines for the year 2024;
7. Change to the 2024/2026 financial forecast budget and update of the single programming document (DUP) with partial application of the administration surplus;

Councilors who request the possibility of taking part in the meeting remotely, via videoconferencing platform and in any case in synchronous mode, must communicate this to the secretariat office up to three days in advance, if they became aware of the impediment after the deadline set above .
