When Victor Andria’s well-tested organizational machine is set in motion, the results are always excellent. It also happened on the occasion of the first edition of the regional youth football tournament “Castel del Monte – Andria”, which took place on the three fields of the “Lamapaola” sports center. The protagonists are the chicks, more than 200 between 2013 and 2014, representing twelve clubs in Puglia: in addition to Victor, also the Football Academy Andria, then Invictus Lam, Di Domenico and Wonderful for the province of Bari, Giovani Cyros, Real Virtus and Sporting Manduria for the province of Taranto, Fabrizio Miccoli and Kick Off Academy for that of Lecce, Juventus San Michele and Real San Giovanni Rotondo for that of Foggia.
Who won? Everyone, without distinction. Prizes for every single participant and symbolic success for fair play, which characterized the matches of a tournament which for the first time had a particular pairing.
Every time, for sixteen years now, the final result is always the same and rewards the organizational efforts, which are also highly appreciated by the Figc Puglia. And, above all, it supports a reality, President Michele Ricciardi’s Victor Andria, which continues to work with professionalism and dedication with young people and for young people: around 300 members for this season. Which, of course, isn’t finished yet.
