In particular, last 22 April, the accompaniment concerned a 43-year-old Nigerian citizen, a former applicant for international protection and recipient of the denial by the competent Territorial Commission with the obligation of repatriation, with criminal prejudice for personal injuries and various violations of immigration regulations.
Instead, this morning, the Agents of the Doric Police Headquarters gave execution of an expulsion order from the Prefect, with accompaniment to the CPR of Potenza, where the procedures aimed at his repatriation will be carried out, issued against a 29-year-old Ecuadorian citizen, with multiple criminal convictions, already known to these offices for his ” criminal curriculum”. There is already a sentence against him issued by the Court of Ancona with a sentence of 2 years and 4 months of imprisonment for robbery. There are several police precedents against him regarding private violence, resistance to PU and aggravated theft. He is already the recipient of the Oral Warning prevention measure issued by the Ancona Police Commissioner.
In fact, in the first 4 months of the year alone, 77 expulsion orders were issued against foreign and EU citizens deemed dangerous to public order and safety. In fact, 8 repatriations were recorded, 43 orders from the Police Commissioner, 14 accompaniments to the CPR, 10 passports withheld with obligation to present, 2 removals of EU citizens.
