Bayer Leverkusen-Roma, tickets on sale from Monday 29 April


Tickets will go on sale at 12pm on Monday 29 April for Bayer Leverkusen-Roma, the second leg of the Europa League semi-finals, on Thursday 9 May at the BayArena.

The first phase will be confidential to holders of both AS Roma Season Tickets (Serie A + Cups). The price of the Guest Sector (Sectors SG1-SG2-SG3) is 15 euros. For disabled people in wheelchairs (South Tribune), it is 16 euros including companion.

Purchase methods

The online procedure involves the purchase of a voucher (.pdf format) which will entitle you to receive the ticket via email valid for access to the guest sector of the BayArena Stadium.

In all sales phases, it can be purchased maximum one ticket per transaction.

The ticket, exclusively in PDF version, will be sent to the email address indicated when purchasing the voucher, by 6pm on Tuesday 7 May.

SUBSCRIBER PRE-EMPTION 23/24: reserved for holders of both AS Roma Season Tickets issued for the 2023/24 season (Serie A Season Ticket + Cup Season Ticket), it will start at 12pm on Monday 29th and will end at 12pm on Tuesday 30th April.

To finalize the purchase on asroma.com, the PNR of the Serie A 23/24 season ticket and date of birth.

POSSIBLE FREE SALE: it will start at 1pm on Tuesday 30 April and end at 1pm on Thursday 2 May.

Before proceeding with the purchase it is mandatory to create a personal MYASR account and only one voucher can be purchased per transaction and account.

Purchasing the ticket for this match will not constitute any right of pre-emption for the eventual finale.

According to Bayer Leverkusen, it will not be possible to choose the seat and the assignment will take place starting from sector SG1. For this match, in order to obtain the maximum available capacity, the guest sector will be configured in “Standing Room” mode (standing room only).

  • Considering the high volume of requests and the limited availability of tickets, AS Roma warns fans that there may be slowdowns in the ticket purchasing process starting from the pre-emption phase. Furthermore, the position obtained in accessing the virtual queue service does not give the certainty of being able to complete the transaction. Simultaneous access to the queue with multiple browsers at the same time from the same device is strongly discouraged.
  • The voucher obtained at the end of the purchase process does not constitute access to the stadium.
  • The ticket (entry ticket for the BAYARENA stadium in Leverkusen) will be sent by AS Roma by 6pm on Tuesday 7 May, to the email address entered during the purchase phase on asroma.com.
  • The ticket will not have your name on it. The owner’s details will be acquired for security purposes and transmitted to the Italian and German authorities. It will not be possible to make changes to the name entered during the purchase on asroma.com.
  • During the purchase phase, in the pre-emption phase, it will also be possible to register the ticket in the name of a name other than the holder of the season ticket.
  • The purchase of the ticket implies full acceptance of the regulations for use of the Stadium available on the official website of the host club, as well as compliance with the AS Roma code of conduct available here.
  • To access the Stadium it will be mandatory to present the printed ticket or show it directly from your smartphone.
  • Access to the guest sector with tickets valid for other sectors of the BayArena Stadium will not be permitted.
  • To request reservations for tickets reserved for disabled fans in wheelchairs, you must send an email to [email protected].
  • Detailed information regarding the meeting point and the stadium access rules will be communicated in the coming days.

AS Roma also recommends all its fans not to travel to Germany for the match without already being in possession of a valid ticket for the away section and to carefully check the travel requirements required by the local authorities.
