The rebirth of the Vittorio Emanuele hospital in Gela continues with the action to strengthen the company’s staff in compliance with the guidelines on continuity of care and the system for guaranteeing essential levels of care.
Another four roles were assigned to the doctors assigned to the emergency rooms of the Gela and Caltanissetta hospitals. The number of assignments conferred by the Strategic Management of the ASP of Caltanissetta in the space of just over a month rises to 7 to strengthen the emergency-urgency area and minimize waiting times in the emergency room and the inconveniences that these entail to users.
The selection of the 4 doctors draws on the open public notice for the awarding of freelance-professional positions, for which it will be possible to submit the application until 31/12/2024, announced by the ASP of Caltanissetta to overcome, in addition to the serious shortage of staff noted, also to the difficulties in finding personnel through previous public notices announced by the Company.
They are doctors Antonino Ariosto, Bianca D’Alessandro, Gabriele Ruggeri and Serguo Nucera, four young doctors selected by the examining commission following the evaluation of their professional CVs and the carrying out of a related interview, who will take up service in the emergency rooms of the hospital in the next few days. S. Elia hospital and the Vittorio Emanuele Hospital where they will share their professional path supported by trained doctors already in service.
