The history of punk, ska and rock will be on stage at the Rugby Sound Festival on 11 July made in Italy with “Punk in castle”: Punkreas, Derozer and Vallanzaskathat is, three of the bands that have most influenced the genre in our country, will be together in a single evening on the stage of the Isola del Castello di Legnano.
The Punkreas return home with a load of news: just today the band released Electric Déjà-Vu – Reloded (USM/Universal Music Italia), extended version of Electric Déjà-Vu, the album that marked their long-awaited return to electric, released on March 31, 2023. Cippa (vocals), Paletta (bass), Noyse (guitar), Endriù (guitar) and Gagno (drums), they plug it back in and release two new singles: “Ciao Ciao”, published on April 19, and “In Italy”.
Derozer has always been synonymous with unity, celebration and tribe. The Vicenza band, active for over thirty years, has influenced entire generations with its songs. THE Milanese Vallanzaska are known for being the main and fun Italian ska band. Active continuously since 1991 with their sound and their songs they are ready to make the Legnano public dance for an evening that will make history.
The new edition of the Rugby Sound Festival opens on June 27th with i Subsonica and the DJ set of the Norwegian duo Röyksoppand then continue with “Never say Goku” on June 28th, “I want to go back to the nineties” on June 29, i Placebo on July 1st, Suicidal Tendencies + Agnostic Front on July 2, Coez & Frah Quintale on July 3, Maximum Danger on July 4th, Alborosie & Shengen Clan on July 5th, the Zarro Night & Friends with Il Pagante and DJ Matrix on 6 July, Cristina D’Avena and Gem Boy on July 7, i Cypress Hill on July 12, and the DeeJay Time on July 13th.
