During an inspection by the Nil Carabinieri in the Ardenza area, criminal irregularities emerged on a construction site for which the Carabinieri reported two people for various reasons. The sole director of the scaffolding company operating on the construction site, a 40-year-old of foreign origin, was charged with the offence, foreseen and punished by the regulations on safety at work, according to which, when working at heights, development of the works themselves, adequate scaffolding or scaffolding or suitable temporary works or in any case precautions aimed at eliminating the dangers of falling people and things.
A 52-year-old, sole administrator of the construction company entrusted with the work, was reported for failure to comply with the precise supervision and control obligations regarding the safety conditions with which the works are carried out and the application of the provisions of the law. Following the serious safety violations found by the Carabinieri, administrative sanctions amounting to 6 thousand euros were imposed, as well as fines totaling 5,258 euros and the suspension of all ongoing activities was ordered.
