ADRANO (CATANIA) – A 31-year-old was arrested in the Catania area for mistreatment in the family by the Carabinieri. The military intervened after the request for help from her mother, who reported that she had been threatened with death by her son.
The woman came out of her bedroom where she had barricaded herself only after the patrol arrived. You told the Army soldiers about theyet another violent reaction from his son after his refusal to give him money.
The 31-year-old allegedly destroyed a vase on the terrace and then a chair in the kitchen. At that point he would be locked in his room screaming. He would have threatened to kill anyone who showed up, even the Carabinieri.
In the room of the man, who then came out spontaneously, soldiers of the Carabinieri had found and seized two kitchen knives and a wooden stick with a rubber grip. The judicial authority has ordered the 31-year-old to be placed in precautionary custody in prison, pending the identification of a community where he will be subjected to house arrest.
