04/26/2024 – Next weekend, as part of the Pesaro Italian Capital of Culture 2024 programme, the Rossini Opera Festival will host the annual general assembly of ItaliaFestival, the multidisciplinary association formed by some of the most prestigious festivals Italians. The ROF is represented within the association’s Board of Directors by the General Director Cristian Della Chiara,

Founded in 1987 within Agis – General Association of Entertainment, ItaliaFestival is chaired by Francesco Maria Perrotta and today represents 35 Italian festivals and 4 festival networks operating in the fields of music, theatre, performing arts and dance, literature and other artistic manifestations.

Saturday 27 April at 11am in the Sala della Repubblica of the Rossini Theatre, at the end of the Board of Directors and the Assembly of the association, the Talk will be held The nature of Festivals, moderated by Massimo Cirri, Rai Radio2 journalist. Among the topics addressed, good practices for a sustainable event, Festivals and good practices, green experiences in European Festival networks. The event is open to the public.
