NEW CONTRACTS INCREASING IN PIACENZA: 2,040 IN APRIL AND 7,100 IN A QUARTER – After the good performance in the month of March, the number of new contracts that will activate the Piacenza companies will continue to grow also in the current month of April and in the April-June quarter. The companies that will activate new contracts represent 17% of the total, and will look in particular to young people, who represent 28% of the recipients of the new contracts.

Experience in the profession is required in 60.5% of cases for higher qualifications, in 22.3% for intermediate qualifications and in 12.7% for those who have a compulsory school qualification. As far as professional figures are concerned, the Chamber of Commerce data attest that in the managerial sector and with high technical specialisation, the search for market relations technicians is very difficult in 87.2% of cases, standing at 85.7 % for health technicians, 81.8%% for technicians managing the production processes of goods and services and 64.7% in the search for IT, telematics and telecommunications technicians.

Among employees and in commercial and service professions, it is more difficult to find qualified professionals in health and social services (in 78.3% of cases), operators and workers in catering activities (in 60.9% of cases). of cases), sales workers (in 32.2% of cases) and secretarial and general affairs workers (30.8% of cases). Finally, as regards specialized workers, the greatest difficulties in finding are encountered in the search for artisan mechanics, assemblers, repairers, maintenance workers for fixed/mobile machines (in 85.9% of cases), workers assigned to automatic and semi-automatic machines for metalworking (in 85.2% of cases), casters, welders, tinsmiths, boilermakers, metal carpentry assemblers (in 78.9% of cases) and blacksmiths, tool builders (in 76.7% of cases) .
