In recent days, the agents of the Vittoria PS police station have implemented a coercive measure, issued by the Judge for preliminary investigations of the Court of Ragusa against a man, with which the precautionary measure was ordered, the ban on approaching the places frequented by the offended person and the application of the electronic bracelet device.
The measure was requested by the Ragusa Public Prosecutor’s Office, which coordinated the investigations, carried out by the staff of the Vittoria PS police station; investigations which began following the complaint filed by the injured party in which serious abuse, oppression and suffering emerged, the result of repeated physical and psychological attacks carried out by the suspect. The crimes charged to the latter are those of mistreatment against family members or cohabitants, personal injuries, persecutory acts and arson.
The suspect was also banned from approaching within 500 meters of the offended person.
