Manfredonia. With a recent decree, the Extraordinary Commissioner of the Municipality of Manfredonia, Dr Rachele Grandolfohas decreed to revoke “for just cause and with immediate effect”, the appointment of the members of the Board of Directors of ASE spa, Centola Michelewith the role of President, Leo Maximuswith the role of CEO e Murgolo Luciawith the role of vice president.
It has been decreed to appoint, with this deed, as a matter of urgency, for the administration of the same company, a Sole Director, in the person of Dr. Marcello Danisiborn in Bari on 18.9.1958 with a professional office in Bari, considered “in possession of adequate professionalism, as per the curriculum acquired in the documents, specifying that said appointment is also made pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 2409 of the civil code ”.
This provision was adopted in concert and with the express agreement of the Municipality of Vieste, shareholder and holder of rights on shares of the company amounting to 3%.
