The use of guest houses and holiday homes, moreover, is an increasingly widespread tourist practice in Puglia and Brindisi, throughout the year and especially in the summer months.
The person who intends to start, owner or administrator of the property, must present the certified report of start of activity, exclusively electronically, by connecting to the government website Impresa in una giorno.
The management of tourist residences and holiday homes and apartments is subject to the presentation of the Scia to the Municipality in which the properties are located. The same reporting document must indicate the details of the certificate of habitability and must be accompanied by a technical-illustrative report showing the location and characteristics of the buildings under discussion.
An illustrative technical report containing the following elements must be attached to the Scia:
– details of the certificate of habitability;
– number of rooms intended for hospitality with the exact location;
– number of beds;
– number of toilets available to guests;
– ancillary services offered;
– possible catering service.
Those interested in carrying out the business of renting rooms and houses can start practicing it from the date of presentation of the Scia to the Municipality, not before.
