CIVITAVECCHIA – The local Police communicates that, on the occasion of the celebrations for the Patron Saint “SANTA FERMINA”, which will affect various streets, roads and squares of the City, in order to allow the smooth running of the event in question, users are invited to do not leave vehicles parked:
From 06:00 until no longer needed on 28 April 2024, in:
-VIA CITTA DI FIUME, both sides;
-LUNGOPORTO GRAMSCI, both sides of the stretch between Via Città di Fiume and the beginning of the flowerbed in Piazza Vittorio Emanuele (back of the PAM building);
-VIA PADRE A. GUGLIELMOTTI, both sides of the stretch between Piazza del Conservatorio and Piazza Vittorio Emanuele;
-PIAZZA VITTORIO EMANUELE, entire square;
-VIALE GARIBALDI, stretch between Via Santa Fermina and Largo Plebiscito, including the area upstream between Via Santa Fermina and Via G. Bruno, reserving the latter area for vehicles serving disabled people equipped with a valid special permit , who will be able to travel along the internal roadway of the same area entering from via Santa Fermina and exiting on via G. Bruno in the direction of Monte;
-VIA SANTA FERMINA, Grosseto side of the stretch between viale Garibaldi and via Crispi;
From 08:00 until no longer needed on 28 April 2024, in:
– CORSO MARCONI, sea side;
-PIAZZA CALAMATTA, both sides of the roadway on the sea side including the stretch up to Porta Livorno, excluding the areas reserved for the Curia;
-PRINCE TOMMASO DROPPED, both sides;
-VIA XVI SETTEMBRE, both sides of the stretch between Piazza Calamatta and Via Sangallo;
-VIA SANGALLO, both sides;
-VIA LEONARDO, both sides;
-PIAZZA REGINA MARGHERITA, both sides of the roadway on the mountain side (section between the area called “la Palmetta” and the Credito Cooperativo bank);
-VIA RISORGAMENTO, both sides;
-CORSO CENTOCELLE, both sides of the stretch between via Risorgimento and largo Plebiscito, including the parking stalls for two-wheeled vehicles present at the intersection with via P. Umberto and via F. Guglielmi;
-LARGO PLEBISCITO, both sides including the loading and unloading area at the beginning of the pedestrian area;
-CALATA LAURENTI, both sides of the municipal section;
-VIA BATTISTI, mountain side of the stretch between via Toti and via Cialdi;
Furthermore, from 08.30 until the end of April 28, 2024, a series of vehicle bans and diversions will be adopted in various city streets, in order to guarantee the success of the event in safety.
We warn you that, failing this, as per the relevant management order, any vehicles left parked will be fined and removed in accordance with the provisions of current legislation on road traffic.
Given the importance of the event, which will involve diversions of vehicular traffic, the Municipality invites citizens to cooperate fully by limiting the use of vehicles especially in the areas surrounding the event.
We suggest that users who wish to attend the event, to park their vehicle, use the free municipal parking area, located in via Sofia de Filippi Mariani (behind the railway station); reachable according to the following route: via San Giovanni Bosco – via Santa Fermina – via Sofia de Filippi Mariani.
We inform you that the public transport lines will undergo changes which can be consulted: for the company CO.TRA.L. spa (extra-urban transport) on the website www.cotral.it and with the Cotral App; for the company Civitavecchia Servizi Pubblici srl (local transport) on the website www.civitavecchiaservizipubblici.it.
