He explained the reason the opposition councilor Tommaso Police (Pd): «You have tried in every way to delegitimize our proposal just for the sake of putting a hat on it, first by bullying on social media and then always saying in words that they are willing to evaluate a shared text”, he said to the majority. «I offered you my availability to work on a text together, but there was no response from you. You have been given the opportunity to open a dialogue on an important topic, We note that you do not wish to confront each other in any way». And he concluded: «We cannot waste any more time because we don’t want any more accidents, injuries or anyone to lose their life. We municipal administrators – majority and minority – We have a duty to intervene quickly». The request is to «put aside supporters, factionalism and any kind of initiative aimed at delegitimizing those who are asking you to make an official commitment», so that such an issue becomes «subject of a serious discussion to identify solutions”. Discussion which, she said, she would be in the courtroom «superfluous and fruitless if not approached with the right spirit».
