The weather forecast indicates uncertainty in the days to come, with bad weather and temperatures certainly not typical of late April-early May.
It’s a “shaky April 25th long weekend”, say the forecasts of Lorenzo Tedici, meteorologist de -: still overcast skies and rain in the North, it resembles Christmas Eve more than a last glimpse of April, with typical winter temperatures and gray skies over much of the country.
Coming at real weather forecasts in the area: the presence of a cold Swedish core is felt across much of Italy with winter-style bad weather and snow at low altitude for the period in the Dolomites and the Apennines.

There will be a slide of the cold Swedish core towards the South where temperatures will drop by at least 10 degrees: precipitation will widespreadly wet the central regions, the North-East (in particular Emilia Romagna) and the Tyrrhenian South.
Elsewhere we will also find dry moments, albeit in a rather variable context.
Since Friday, Italy in the North-West has been disturbed due to a disturbance defined as “Norman”, centered on Normandy, with frequent rain and the return of snow in the Western Alps above 1500-1600 metres. Bad weather will return. What about May 1, 2024? What will the weather be like in Milan and the rest of Lombardy?
Finally, for May Day, we are talking about another shaky situation: until April 30th the sun could return everywhere, for Labor Day a widespread worsening is currently expected but, given the temporal distance, we don’t want to ruin the holiday who works all year round and we wait a few days before issuing a reliable and possibly perturbed forecast.
