A few weeks ago, in Massa di Somma, in the Neapolitan area, they fired a gun at a car, in which there was a person known to them, who remained unharmed. Then they would flee.
The alarm was triggered by the victim, who had moved away from the place where the event had occurred fearing for her safety.
This morning the Carabinieri of the Torre del Greco Company executed a precautionary order issued by the investigating judge at the Court of Nola, at the request of the Public Prosecutor’s Office of Nola, against two brothers, residents of Massa di Somma. The two are seriously suspected of the crimes of possession and carrying of a common firearm in a public place.
The investigative activities, started immediately after the event, coordinated by the Public Prosecutor’s Office of Nola, were conducted by the carabinieri of the operational section of Torre del Greco and the San Sebastiano al Vesuvio station, and made it possible to reconstruct the exact dynamics of the facts , gathering serious indications of guilt against the suspects, thanks also to the testimonies provided by the victim’s family. Those arrested were taken to prison.
