Crescentinese wins the Piedmont and Vall d’Aosta Cup

A brace from Canuto and a goal from Falcone for the 3-2 with which Crescentinese beat Bettole on Wednesday evening and thus won the Piedmont and Valle d’Aosta Cup of the Second and Third Category for the Vercelli delegation. The Crescentinese thus enters the regional phase to try to win the Cup which brings together all the local winners.

The Crescentinese was included in triangular B with the winner of the Aosta delegation Cup, i.e. Pont Donnas 2021, and with the winner of the Turin delegation Cup, i.e. GAR Rebaudengo.

The first day is scheduled for Wednesday 8 May at 8.30 pm when Pont Donnas 2021 and GAR Rebaudengo will face each other, while the Crescentinese will make their debut on Wednesday 15 May at 8.30 pm against an opponent to be finished: at home against Pont Donnas 2021 if they are from Aosta Valley and Turin they will draw or if the Turin team win, on the GAR Rebaudengo pitch if the Aosta Valley team win in the first match. The third day will be played on Wednesday 22 May at 8.30 pm.

The winners of the three triangular tournaments and the best runner-up will advance to the semi-finals. The semi-finals will be played with home and away matches on 29 May and 5 June. The final will be on neutral ground on 12 June.

A very intense month of May is therefore looming for the Crescentinese team who will be busy between the Cup and the Second Category play-offs.
