TUSCANY WEATHER. With the past day we can say that the long phase of unseasonably disturbed cold which brought snow back to the Apennines like never before in winter and which also took us away from already summer highs and projected us back into mid-winter has come to an end.
But the temperatures could still surprise us.
Starting from the next few hours and then throughout the weekend we will witness a constant thermometric increase with consequent rapid return of thermal values within the average for the period.
Let’s say that normality could already be reached by next Sunday with a more significant increase in temperatures from Saturday.
But this may not be enough: the beginning of next week in fact offers another upward adjustment in temperatures which could therefore go up to 4/5 degrees above normal.
This, in a nutshell, would mean an increase of more than 10 degrees: by way of example, cities like Florence cannot be excluded from returning to temperatures above 25 degrees.
As you will notice, other important thermometric blunders are ready to appear, giving this month of April an almost exasperated dynamism from this point of view.
Let’s take this preview as a first warning: that the thermal field can soon return to normal is rather certain (and also desirable), but when the subsequent excess manages to assert itself is yet to be verified…
