Students in the classroom against drugs

An awareness campaign to make children aware of the consequences of drug use, teach them to defend themselves and address the issue with their peers. The fight against drugs starts from school with the Tutor project for orientation and prevention, the initiative promoted by the community of San Patrignano and the Chamber of Commerce of Romagna and by Unioncamere Emilia Romagna, with the support of the regional school office . The initiative involved the students of the Leonardo da Vinci – Belluzzi technical institute in Rimini in an intense training course for the children, both in the classroom and in San Patrignano. And the day before yesterday the final meeting of this phase of the project was held, with the boys and girls involved becoming in turn the tutors of their classmates to raise their awareness against drugs and involve them in prevention activities. After the testimony of a Sanpa guest, the students coordinated the debate with their peers, stimulating questions and reflections. An important project, observes the president of the Chamber of Commerce Carlo Battistini, but which will not stop here. In fact, next year the kids will create a real prevention center with the help of San Patrignano.
