On the agenda is the replacement of councilor Claudio Cocomazzi with Daniel Stoica Daniel and his validation ; the ratification of council resolution no. 53 of 10.04.2024 Budget Forecast 2024-2026 Change, carried out as a matter of urgency; Approval of the Management Report for the 2023 financial year; Forecast Budget 2024-2026 – Change; Recognition of legitimacy of off-balance sheet debts deriving from Justice of the Peace ruling; Recognition of off-balance sheet debt pursuant to art. 194 paragraph 1 letter a) of the Tuel deriving from the sentence of the Court of Viterbo n. 1557/2023 of 31.10.2023 RG. 2792/2020; Biennial update 2024-2025 of the Financial Plan for waste management service interventions for the 2022/2025 period; Approval of waste tax rates for 2024; new internal regulation of the Single Contracting Station/Central Purchasing Station established by the Province of Viterbo – Approval of the Regulation and draft agreement with the amendments made by yours; Modification of the Three-Year Public Works Program for the three-year period 2024/2026 and annual list of works for the year 2024 approved with dcc 56 of 12/28/2023; Motion presented by the councilors of the Fratelli d’Italia group, acquired in the protocol. 16658 of 04.19.2024, having as its object: “Name of a square or street in memory of Fabrizio Quattrocchi”.
